Hello Goat Friends,
I want to welcome you the to Mississippi Dairy Goat Association. We are the only association in Mississippi totally dedicated to the promotion of dairy goats and dairy goat products. We began our association in 2000 and conducted our first ADGA show and youth show in May of that year. We also sponsored the only I.N.B.A. Nubian specialty that has ever been held in Mississippi. Since then we have continued to have an annual spring show and also an annual youth show in Jackson at the Mississippi State Fairgrounds.
Our association membership is open to anyone interested in dairy goats and we have members from several states surrounding MS. Most of our members do show their animals but many also make soaps, lotions, cheese and other products from the delicious milk that our animals produce.
